What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address and home address when you book a call, ask us something or join the plan. Notes about your devices and what we set up, so we can help you later. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, schedule visits, send your renewal notices and yearly summary, and keep a record of the work we did.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your information.
• We never connect to your computer without your approval.
• We never ask for your passwords.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointments, requests and plan. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. We do not share your number for marketing.
