  • Blocked something you need? Ask, and we approve it within one business day, free.
  • A yearly checkup. We check your updates, test your backup, look for leaked passwords and find subscriptions you forgot about. You get a short written summary.
  • Member pricing on any other help: $95 an hour.

Do you watch my computer?

No. We do not monitor your computer. Security alerts come to you, and blocked items are handled automatically. If something worries you, send it to us.

What if I have a Mac?

Everything in the plan works on a Mac except the app blocker, which is for Windows computers.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before your renewal date. Cancel in the first 30 days for a full refund of the plan fee.

How does help work?

Most help happens remotely, the same day or next. Home visits are by appointment, evenings and Saturdays.

What does extra help cost?

Members pay $95 an hour, remote or at home. Without a plan it is $125 an hour. Home visits have a one-hour minimum, and travel past 20 miles is $40. We always agree the cost before we start.

Can I use the plan for my business?

The plan is for household use only.

Pennsylvania sales tax is added where it applies, and every quote shows the total you will be charged. The plan renews each year on your setup date. We email you 30 days before, with the amount and how to cancel. Read the plan terms.
